Meet Maggie Hoffman.

As a single mom, I survived the challenges that come with trying to provide a good life for my children, sometimes working 2 or 3 jobs, just to make sure we had enough. I made a vow to myself that if I could survive single parenting, then I would help other women who faced worse conditions. As a child, I was taught to have a keen sense of respect for people who come from other cultures, as well as a responsibility to help other people in need. My daughter, Sydney, inherited my love for helping others at a very early age. When she completed college, I decided it was time for us to roll up our sleeves and form a charity.

Our goal is to empower and support women to create a safer, healthier career and lifestyle. Sex trafficking, poverty, abuse, the threat of HIV/AIDS, and poor living conditions plague women in many communities. We designed our foundation to give women in these communities work skills and fair wage employment opportunities to help them to grow, gain self-confidence, and build their self esteem.

We teach the women we work with to make handmade items, such as jewelry and bags, giving them usable skills for future employment while paying them a fair wage for the items they make. We are then able to sell the items these women make to raise more funds.

100% of the net profits are returned
to the communities in which they live.

As a photographer I use my skills to capture the people and locations as we travel. I use my photographs to create calendars and notecards to help raise funds to offset our expenses.

Sydney Bogart
Place holder

Destined to make a difference in the world Sydney has had a passion since childhood to work globally to improve life for others. She studied hard in college in order to get a better understanding of how to make this vision a reality. She is one of the founders and it is has been her passion project since the beginning. The mother of 2 finds time with the support of her patient husband to join us in our endeavors to continue our movement. This project of ours was inspired by Maggie telling Sydney as a child that her chance to make a difference would come after as a result of our hard work professionally. It is with great satisfaction that we are able to move forward with this important project because of our dedicated vision.

Born and raised in Sweden, Leena personifies sunshine in human form.  People worldwide love her and immediately recognize her vibrant personality by her sunshine yellow glasses.  She has traveled to more countries than most people can imagine.  It is such a pleasure to have Leena as a vital part of our team.  Her superior organizational skills and ability to remember so many names in so many languages is a huge asset.  We are so happy that Leena can take time away from her life in Sweden to join us as we share our love around the world.

Manmeet Kaur

Manmeet is a rock for us in India.  She not only helps translate the language barrier but she also helps us understand the importance of cultural differences.  She moves mountains as she maintains a fascinating career and is wife and mother to her family in Delhi.  Manmeet is not your typical Indian woman who follows in the footsteps of her husband.  She is empowered by her loving husband to be the best she can be and for that we love them both.  Her boys excel in their academics as an example of her leadership.  We are so happy that Manmeet can join us inspiring women in India.

Sam Norton
Cambodia Liaison

We call her Sam but she really has many names.  Sam is a first generation immigrant from Cambodia.  She came to this country after the Khmer Rouge separated her from her biological family.  Torn from the people she loved the most, Sam was moved here to the US to ensure her a life of freedom.  She has dedicated her adult life to helping her biological family, as well as the community that she was born into in Cambodia.  She travels there yearly to connect to her people and improve their lives however she can.  We love helping the women and families in her community learn new skills and earn a fair wage in order to help their families survive.

Clarissa Wyatt
Marketing Manager

Clarissa has spent the last decade working with non-profits, helping them build a strong identity and making a positive impact on the world. The many trials in her life have given her a tender heart for the hurting women and a desire to help them. So when the opportunity to work with her friend Maggie at World Love Global presented itself, there was no second guessing, she was joining the team.

One of Clarissa’s favorite roles at World Love Global, is giving the women of World Love Global a voice by shedding light on the stories. She believes raising awareness inspires action, which in turn helps others want to make a positive difference also.
